Combining intense resistance and cardio exercises with short recovery periods, HIIT builds strength, cardiovascular health, and burns calories in an efficient amount of time. As well as the physical benefits, HIIT creates feel-good endorphins, boosts your mood, reduces stress, and improves focus. For all these reasons HIIT was one of the first forms of fitness I fell in love with and continue to enjoy it as part of my workout routine.
