TRIBES’ class instructors cater for clients of varying experience and age profiles, making sure that all participants benefit mentally, physically and spiritually.

Yoga (Vinyasa and Hatha)
Build strength and flexibility, while calming the mind and connecting to yourself and deepening your consciousness. Our yoga classes offer holistic movement for mind and body. Leave class feeling like you're floating, although you’ve given your body a well-deserved exercise.

Pilates
TRIBES offer classes from Classical Pilates to Power Pilates. You’ll work on deep core strength, lean muscle, body sculpting and long-term injury prevention. Feel the burn and feel centred. 

Dance
Dance is for everyone! From contemporary beats in Dance Cardio, Latin-inspired music in Zumba, and Desi beats in Bollywood. Feel confident, content and in tune with your body.

HIIT
Join Steve for High Intensity Interval Training. Improve your heart health, build lean muscle, increase your stamina and overall fitness. Leave the class on an endorphin high.

Muay Thai
Also known as Thai Boxing, learn and practice to punch and kick with power, building full body strength, fitness and confidence. An additional benefit of learning self-defence skills. An empowering class.

Boxing
Box Burn focuses on the fundamentals of boxing, including proper form, posture and technique with elements of strength conditioning and cardio. 

Stretch & Mobility
An ideal class to keep the body supple, gradually building flexibility. A great complement to weight training or high intensity sport.

Soundbath
Offered monthly, on the last Friday of the month. You are guided through a journey of relaxing instrumental sounds, from gongs to wave sounds and Tibetan bowls. The frequencies of the sounds wash over your body, experience calm and a sense of peace.
