Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a 1-1 initial consultation with one of our personal trainers.

This 60-minute session includes:

  • A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

  • A discussion about your physical goals and tailored nutritional guidance.

  • A 30–40-minute taster workout session. This helps us create a personalised plan aligned with your needs.

1-1 Assisted stretch

This personalised session is designed to relax, release, and stretch the muscles, promoting better movement and overall well-being. The class begins with an introduction to foam rolling, focusing on the back and legs to help release tension.

A combination of dynamic and static stretching will be used to target all major muscle groups, improving flexibility and mobility. Over time, this session can help enhance posture, body awareness, and overall movement quality.
