Coaches and teachers specialise in 1-1 personal training or small groups to becoming lead group class instructors, to being involved in marketing or design, brand, videography, sales etc.

Working with many clients with different lifestyles and requirements, I have been highly successful in helping clients achieve the desired results from their personalised programme.
Combining expertise in session programming strategies for differing lifestyles with relevant nutritional advice, my clients are guided though a fitness journey that has guaranteed outcomes.
I specialise in functional strength training and metabolic conditioning, merging hard work with coaching. Every goal is achievable.
My ethos is to turn your goals from a question of how, into when.
Neil Sanyal
TRIBES CEO & Co-Founder
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma Practitioner in Personal Training (RQF), 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training
Expertise: I have a wealth of experience in launching and operating start-ups.
As a keen wellbeing enthusiast, I co-founded and was the previous MD of the BXR chain of gyms.
I was also the founder of Chaiwalla tea cafes in London.
I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer as well as an accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher and have trained extensively in India in Hatha Yoga and Kriya Meditation.
Previously I trained with Joshua 4 times a week for 2 years before we decided to launch TRIBES together.
My ethos is always be growing!

Expertise: Regular and Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, conditioning, martial arts (kickboxing, Muay Thai), mobility/flexibility.
I have a passion for training spanning nearly 10 years, and over 7 years working in the fitness industry.
With an individualised approach offering the highest level of attention and easy to understand instructions, my purpose is to teach the basics of movement and empower my clients.
By working on skills like strength, power/explosiveness and conditioning my clients develop a better connection between body and mind - the best investment for longevity!

Expertise: I am a dedicated and highly qualified fitness professional with over 6 years of experience in the industry and 30 years' worth of training!
My expertise spans across Strength & Conditioning, Group Exercise, and Women’s Fitness, with a focus on helping women in their 40s and 50s embrace strength training and achieve their fitness goals. I’ve spent 6 years as a group exercise coach, leading classes in cycle, HIIT, and lift clubs, and 3 years as a VA personal trainer at an expert level.
As a Peri/Menopause Coach, I’m passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, guiding them to live healthier, more active lives. My continuous pursuit of knowledge has led me to explore callisthenics, Olympic lifting, and currently, I’m studying for a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning certification.
My passion lies in empowering clients to reach their full potential, both in and out of the gym, helping them to live long active lives to the fullest.

Before becoming a personal trainer nine years ago, my background was focused on performing arts dance, which gave me a good understanding of movement and balance.
I am a motivated, high energy, positive individual, with significant experience working with families and groups. I specialise in weight loss as well as strength and conditioning. I have a wealth of experience with diverse groups of people, as well as online clients domestic and international.
I have helped my clients achieve radical weight loss transformations through nutritional advice and knowledge, promoting a healthier relationship with food, leading to a more positive mindset and lifestyle.
I enjoy using my knowledge to help people fulfil their personal fitness journey.

My background comes from my love of training and playing sports. I have played tennis and table tennis nationally and boxed since I was 16. Becoming a personal trainer, and coaching boxing was a natural progression; something I’ve been doing for 6 years.

Expertise: Sports has been a part of my life since childhood. I’ve practiced gymnastics, football, water sports, dance, and more. Being active is an integral part of who I am.
I moved to London at the age of 17 and that’s when I started resistance training.
I believe strength in a woman is crucial, for the body as much as for the mind. Resistance training became my passion not only for how it made me look but how it made me feel, becoming a better person and a better version of myself.
To support myself, I had to balance both studying and working in the hospitality industry. My passion for training, nutrition, and helping others led me to become a personal trainer and pursue a career in fitness.
I want to spread the message of fitness to the world. In a society dominated by comfort, addictions, and consumerism, I aim to show people that a healthy, authentic version of themselves is within reach.
While no one is perfect, humans are capable of extraordinary things. I want to show people that a healthy and resilient version of themselves is within reach. And with my guidance and support, everyone can and will become the best version of themselves. That is my mission!

Expertise: With over five years of experience as a personal trainer, I have developed expertise in Fitness and TRX training, which is highly effective and safe for individuals of all ages. TRX allows people, especially those over 60, to use their body weight for comprehensive strength and flexibility exercises.
I also work as part of a physiotherapy team at a hospital, applying my knowledge of muscle anatomy and exercise physiology to support patient rehabilitation. My passion is helping people lead active and healthy lifestyles, and I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programs.

Qualifications: Registered Clinical Massage Practitioner and Practical Homeopath.
Postgraduate studies at CHP – College of Practical Homeopathy were completed in 2023, which is the only homeopathy school independently accredited by the BAC.
Expertise: Nine years professional massage experience. Working at various clinics and fitness centres, Renata has treated a wide array of conditions and injuries which she now combines with a unique method that includes prescribed homeopathic remedies for a faster recovery.
She is offering homeopathic treatments to help with most chronic and acute conditions using the tools of homeopathy, herbs, nutrition, supplement, detox programs to provide a comprehensive approach for the modern world's patient.
Tyler Reece
TRIBES Soft Tissue Therapist & Personal Trainer specialising in rehabilitation
Qualifications: Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy, Level 5 Advanced Dry Needling, Kinesiology Tape level 1 & 2, Rock Blades (IASTM), Member of the ISRM and the FHT. Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Fitness Instructing (gym-based exercise).
I have been involved in the fitness and wellbeing industry for nearly 10 years, first working as a personal trainer before shifting my focus to soft tissue therapy and helping people with musculoskeletal concerns.
I use a variety of hands-on manual therapy techniques paired with remedial exercise and rehabilitation to help people in different ways. This includes helping people suffering with pain, minor or chronic injuries and aiding people with their recovery and performance, as well as postural issues.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people from dancers and sports people to general populations and disabled people.
I believe hands-on therapy works best when integrated with exercise to achieve long-lasting results.

I have a passion for yoga spanning 15 years and experience teaching yoga asana (postures) from groups ranging from 1-1 to clients, all the way up to groups of 40 people.
My purpose is to share yoga to help my clients feel nourished on the deepest level, and live a more peaceful, harmonious and connected life.
Through yoga asana my clients experience greater strength both physically and mentally, emotional resilience, increased balance and flexibility. Together, yoga enables me and clients to leave the mat feeling calm, capable and empowered.

Expertise: I enjoy working with clients by personalising Pilates sessions to individual needs and goals. My approach to teaching is gentle, focusing strongly on the quality of movement and balance, while improving overall body awareness and helping clients improve posture, alleviate pain or enhance athletic performance.
A trained Natural Chef, I believe in sustainable changes for a healthier lifestyle; nutrition and exercise have to be integrated into one’s regular daily routine. Blending my love for culinary nutrition and holistic health, I offer my clients personalised, goal oriented cooking classes to better understand their food choices.
Pilates and nutrition are my twin pillars of strength.

Expertise: I have been teaching for 12 years including Keep Fit (working the body top to toe), Legs, Bums and Tums and even Chair Exercise.
My classes are aimed at anyone who wants the support of an instructor to achieve their goal of getting back into shape, through movement and dance. Finding or regaining self-confidence by feeling good in your body.
I start each class with a suitable warm-up, then follow with a series of choreographed exercises at different intensities, and finish with a cool-down and stretching. Dynamic and caring, for one hour I will help and encourage you to give the best of yourself!

Movement for me is a means to express, create, and release. Having overcome both personal and ancestral challenges, I found healing and transformation through yoga, which guided me towards a path of deeper connection and purpose.
Expertise: I trained in Ubud, Bali, under Byron de Marsé and Paul Teodo, two esteemed alumni of Bryan Kest, the founder of Power Yoga. I want to offer my students a dynamic practice that cultivates inner awareness, encouraging them to push their limits while honouring the delicate balance between body and mind.
I specialise in hands-on adjustments, bringing a personal, intuitive touch to my teaching, creating an experience that supports, connects, and empowering students on their individual journeys.

I’ve always looked at social media as an integral part of creating value beyond the in-person techniques of selling to consumers. By amplifying the principles of a Brand like TRIBES beyond the walls of their gym floor, and with my background in Editing on platforms like CapCut, I will create content for TRIBES with its own signature style enhancing the foundational Principles and Ethos of the Brand.
I studied Social Media Marketing at Global academy for a year, changing my understanding of how to establish the value of uploading content to a larger audience. Having this position allows me to use various methods of content that will eventually develop the TRIBES community reach.
